About this policy
LIFTECH LLC provides Tidechomp: Fish Eat & Grow for Android, package online.crealite.tidechomp. This policy covers the Android game, these website pages and support correspondence. Contact admin@liftech.site for privacy questions.
Android version 1.0.0 uses Google Mobile Ads. Version 1.0.4 uses Unity LevelPlay to mediate ironSource Ads, Unity Ads and Google AdMob partner bidding, with Ad Quality monitoring; Google UMP continues to manage regional privacy choices. Version 1.0.4 is the prepared update; Google Play review and rollout determine when it becomes available. The sections below describe both versions so existing players can identify the applicable providers.
Information stored on your device
The game stores dive progress, coins, unlocked fish, best score, settings and the selected age range in private local app storage. No name, full birthday or game account is required. There is no LIFTECH cloud-save service. Android app backup is disabled for the game.
Artwork, fonts and audio are bundled. The game has no catalog server, first-party analytics, session replay, chat or user uploads. It does not request precise GPS, camera, microphone, contacts, photos or shared-storage access. There are no purchases, subscriptions or marketing signups.
Required internet checks
Internet is required to play. In the foreground, the game checks public HTTPS connectivity endpoints operated by Google and Apple. These requests disclose standard network information, including your IP address and request headers. They do not include saved progress or the selected age range. Checks also run when you have not shared an age range, separately from advertising eligibility.
Confirmed connection failures pause the dive while the app retries. Probe responses are not saved as gameplay analytics. Providers may process server request records under their own policies: Google and Apple.
Age range and privacy choices
The intended audience is teens and adults aged 13 and older. A neutral choice asks for an age range, not a full birthday. The choice is self-declared, not independently verified. In version 1.0.4, choosing 13–17 or 18 or older is required before proceeding. The range is saved on this device, and there is no skip option. Older versions may offer Continue without sharing, which disables their app-initiated consent and ad requests. Version 1.0.0 includes Google’s Android SDK startup provider, so it is not a promise of zero SDK startup activity. Version 1.0.4 calls LevelPlay advertising initialization only after its age and privacy gates permit setup. Android can run SDK bootstrap components for lifecycle and networking before that point; the advertising gate is not a promise of zero SDK startup activity.
For ages 13–17, the game applies conservative child-directed advertising treatment, disables personalization, and passes an under-age-of-consent setting to Google UMP. Version 1.0.4 also sets LevelPlay child-treatment and device-identifier opt-out flags, with restrictive GDPR and US privacy settings. Its Google bidder receives child-directed and under-age-of-consent flags for teens and a PG maximum ad-content rating for all eligible ages. This does not verify age or obtain parental consent. Adults receive a Google consent-information refresh and any required regional form before eligible ad requests. A stored adult selection alone is not permission to personalize ads.
Settings → Age range & ad protections lets you change the saved range. Settings → Ad privacy choices appears when Google requires that entry point. Advertising requires the app’s age rules and Google’s permission state to allow it.
Advertising providers and information
Version 1.0.0 integrates Google Mobile Ads 25.5.0 and UMP 4.0.0. Version 1.0.4 integrates Unity LevelPlay 9.7.0, Unity Ads adapter 5.15.0, Unity Ads 4.21.0, Google AdMob adapter 5.19.0 with Google Ads Next Gen SDK 1.6.0, and Ad Quality 9.11.0. AdMob participates as a bidder alongside ironSource and Unity Ads; UMP 4.0.0 remains. Development builds of 1.0.4 disable ad-provider setup and requests.
Advertising services may collect and share IP-derived approximate location, permitted device or other identifiers, ad views and taps, diagnostics and privacy signals. Unity’s disclosures also cover personal identifiers and purchase-history information associated with its ad services; Tidechomp has no in-game purchases. Ad Quality uses a generated default user identifier and ad-experience information for monitoring and analytics. No LIFTECH game-account ID is supplied.
Unity Ads may check for supported installed app stores and include the results in device information sent to its services. These are provider checks, not a feature for browsing all your apps. Version 1.0.4 explains provider processing in a one-time notice before app-initiated advertising setup. Continue acknowledges that notice; it does not grant consent or replace required regional privacy choices. The acknowledgment is saved across restarts and updates unless app storage is cleared. This version has no separate Keep ads off feature. Regional consent forms can reappear when required, and their applicable choices remain available.
Purposes include ad delivery and marketing, analytics and measurement, app functionality, fraud prevention, security and compliance, with personalization only where age and permissions allow. Nonpersonalized ads still process information. Providers process and may share information under their own policies. No precise-location permission is requested.
A labeled banner may appear at the top of menus, collection and results, separate from live gameplay controls. An interstitial is eligible only on a deliberate results transition after two new completed dives, with a two-minute launch grace and an independent two-minute interstitial cooldown. Optional Revive uses a separate three-minute rewarded cooldown and grants one revive per caught dive only after the provider confirms the reward. Neither timer resets the other. An unavailable ad does not block a new dive.
Provider details: ironSource data disclosures, Unity Ads data disclosures, Unity privacy policy, and Google Mobile Ads disclosures for 1.0.0 and Google Ads Next Gen disclosures for 1.0.4. Provider retention and deletion are separate from local saves; resetting Tidechomp does not erase provider records.
